Allow me to introduce myself – my name is Wisnu, representing PT Janitra Hanan Aksata. It is an honor to be part of this community and to present our company to you.
Established in 2018, our journey began with domestic expedition services across various regions of Indonesia. Today, with our head office in Jakarta and branch offices in Semarang and Surabaya, we are supported by a dedicated team of 30 professionals. Additionally, we manage warehouse facilities in Semarang to further enhance our service capacity.

Beyond these, we also specialize in providing Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) solutions. These services are particularly essential in cases where:

The consignee does not hold an import license.

A company lacks a locally registered entity or physical presence in the destination country.

The local entity is not prepared or willing to manage import risks.

There is limited knowledge of local customs regulations and import processes.

Multiple shipments need to be coordinated across different international destinations.
With IOR/EOR, we take full responsibility for compliance documentation, customs regulations, and clearance, enabling our clients to focus on their core business while we handle the complexities of logistics.
In terms of Project Logistics, we are actively supporting Indonesia’s development era under the leadership of the new President. Leveraging our expertise in logistics and transportation, we provide complete project support – from personnel and machinery coordination to customs clearance and specialized equipment handling – ensuring every project is delivered on time, in place, and within budget. Currently, we are assisting one of our valued clients with a CO₂ plant relocation project from Karawang to Subang (West Java).
Looking ahead, our five-year vision is to expand our presence to other key business centers in Indonesia, including Medan, Lampung, Balikpapan, Makassar, NTT, Papua, and Bali, with the aim of serving a wider range of clients in logistics and distribution.
